We will send the orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday,Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday.  

During peak periods, releases, promotions, and holidays, please allow extra processing time. Preparing orders may take up to 2-3 working days at most. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number for your reference.

You can confirm your preferred method of delivery when you receive the courier's contact number. There are several types of delivery methods, and you can choose according to your actual situation.

No signature required

We will attempt to obtain a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, We will leave the package in a secure location (no signature required).

Indirect signature required

We will obtain a signature from a person, neighbor, or building manager at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, We will attempt redelivery the next day.

Direct signature required

We will obtain a signature from a person at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, We will attempt redelivery the next day.

Adult signature required

We will obtain a signature from any person of legal age at the delivery address, provided valid identification is provided. If there is no one meeting the signature conditions, We will attempt redelivery on another date. The legal age varies depending on the destination country/region and is based on the local legal age for adults (not the legal age for purchasing specific products).

All MORITEKBEATUY products purchased directly from MORITEKBEATUY come with a 30-day refund guarantee. This means that if you return the product within 30 days of shipment, and the product is in good condition, unopened, and does not affect resale, you are eligible for a full refund or a partial refund. However, if the product has been opened and used, affecting resale, a refund service cannot be provided. MORITEKBEATUY is not responsible for return postage, insurance fees, lost, or undelivered items.

How do I return an item?

We will review your email within 72 hours and inform you of the review results and provide you with the corresponding return authorization number(RMA#).

1. A team member will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). An RMA# is required to process returns and issue credit. Returned merchandise received without an RMA# will not be automatically refunded.

2. Write the RMA# clearly in the box on the Return Merchandise Authorization Form (click here to Download Form) and on the outside of your return package. Please include your packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records. We are not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Important tips for returns

1. Once opened, all single items will not be returned unless there is a quality issue.

2. Once the gift box packaging is opened, even if the internal goods are not opened and used, we will still deduct 20% of the amount you paid as packaging damage fees.

How are refunds processed?

When your return tracking shows "delivered" and our warehouse receives your return, please wait 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed. We will provide a full refund or partial refund based on the actual returned product. The refund amount is the actual amount you paid for the purchased product (this amount will be deducted from the corresponding consumption tax, and the specific tax amount is the amount reflected on the bill), and after the refund is completed, we will synchronize the corresponding deduction to your points account.
