Shipping Information

Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) will be shipped on the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

During peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for order preparation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Methods & Signature Requirements

Available delivery options may vary by carrier and destination:

No Signature Required
Your package may be left at your delivery address or another secure location at the carrier’s discretion.

Indirect Signature Required
A signature may be collected from a neighbor or building manager. If unavailable, the carrier will attempt re-delivery on the next business day.

Direct Signature Required
A signature must be collected from the recipient at the delivery address. If unavailable, the carrier will attempt re-delivery.

Adult Signature Required
A signature will be required from an adult of legal age with valid identification. Legal age requirements vary by country or region.

30-Day Return Policy

All products purchased directly from MORITEKBEAUTY are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment, provided that:

· Items are unused, unopened, and in original condition

· Packaging remains intact and suitable for resale

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless there is a verified quality issue.

Return shipping, insurance fees, and responsibility for lost or undelivered return packages are not covered by MORITEKBEAUTY.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at contact@moritekbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request within 72 hours and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).

3. Returns must include the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA# may not be processed.

Please include your original packing slip inside the return package.

Refund Processing

Once your return tracking status shows “Delivered” and the package is received by our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Applicable taxes will be handled according to your receipt and local tax regulations.

Important Notes

· Opened individual items are non-returnable unless a quality issue is confirmed.

· If a gift box package is opened, a 20% packaging fee will be deducted, even if the items inside remain unopened.
