Worldwide Delivery Options & Charges

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday. 

 

Please allow for additional processing time during peak periods, launches, promotions and holiday seasons. It can take up to 2-3 business days to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference. 

 

All orders are shipped via UPS. 

UPS Signature Options, there are the following options:

No need to sign for receipt

UPS will attempt to obtain a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for it, UPS will place the package in a secure location (no signature required).

Indirect signature is required

UPS will obtain a signature from the person at the delivery address, a neighbor or the building manager. If there is no one to sign for it, UPS will try to re-deliver the package on another day.

Need to sign directly for receipt

UPS will obtain a signature from the person at the delivery address. If there is no one to sign for it, UPS will try to re-deliver the package on another day.

An adult signature is required

UPS will obtain a signature from any person of legal age at the delivery address, provided valid identification is provided. If there is no qualified person to sign for delivery, UPS will attempt to re-deliver the package on another date. Legal age is determined by the destination country and is based on the local legal age of adult (not the legal age to purchase a specific product).
